Happy New Year guys! I hope you had a fantastic Christmas!

It was so nice to take some time out and spend Christmas with my family! I feel like 2012 was such a whirlwind of graduating, buying houses and getting a job that my poor blog got a little bit neglected. I'm so excited for 2013, and i'll be back to the blog in full swing from now on. I just needed some time away, you know? Some time to refresh my creativity.

I can't believe we've hit 2013 already, so here's my obligatory, wear-the-hell-out-of-christmas-presents outfit post, the first one of many this year, I hope.

I've had my eye on a Zara blazer for about a year now and finally got my hands on one this Christmas thanks to my pops. Be prepared to see it almost daily, it's a signature wardrobe piece for 2013 after all. The bag and top were presents from my man, although chosen and ordered by me for bargain prices in the sale. I'm sort of loving the 90s grunge look recently, but like to keep a feminine touch so paired this top with the outfit to keep it from being too harsh. Shall we discuss my beanie hat collection? No? Well let's just say J's t-shirts no longer have a home. Thanks to the lovely guys at New Look for supplying me with this one.
