The weekend: Hardwick Hall

The weekend was absolutely beautiful, we spent lots of time with friends and enjoyed the glorious sunshine, which seems to have disappeared yet again but then what were we expecting ay, it's Britain, it always rains?

Last week I told you about my love for sightseeing and how I'm a HUGE history and design nerd. We've vowed to visit every single bit of history that the UK owns, because we just don't take enough advantage of it's beauty and how lucky we really are.

I'm really not kidding, we've made a bucket list and we're already getting around, so I'll be sharing it with you, because it's amazing, and if you ever happen to pass through an area, you might just stop off and enjoy it as much as I do. I honestly couldn't think of a better way to spend my weekends, plus the hot chocolate and cake are always a bonus at the end!

This week we visited Hardwick Hall in Chesterfield, which was amazing, and the views were unbelievably breathtaking, we loved it so much that we came home and watched a film about Queen Elizabeth.

If you're ever passing by, stop for a visit, it's so lovely and has an amazing history, but I'm not going to ruin that part... you need to visit to find out!

Happy Monday my loves!
