While it decided to rain last week, just before I was due to take outfit photos (typical fashion blogger problems!) I decided to use my new living room to get some shots (please ignore the decor, my stamp clearly hasn't been marked just yet).
I've been thinking about the items in my wardrobe which are absolute 'go to' items. This dress was THE dress I turned to on days when I just could not be bothered and the shirt I've owned since forever and makes a regular appearance in the Sunday category. The dress was THE dress until I proceeded to spill a whole tin of paint on the street outside which obviously splattered the said dress. Gutting situation as I'm sure you can all imagine, and obviously quite embarrassing when new neighbours are frantically sweeping and washing the road at 10pm, they probably think we're insane already!
This weekend was a feast of decorating my lovely dining room. We're getting there and I can't wait to show you the finished product, but for now you can either follow my ranting tweets about said decorating, and how my Dad (whose ironically a decorator) has definitely passed on his skills, or you can look at my Pinterest and have a nosey at what it might just look like.
