My life in shoes...

Wearing: shirt: ASOS, cardigan: Tesco, jeans: Topshop, heels: Garage Shoes,
bag: Fossil

In terms of shoes I've always been obsessed with platforms, as a child I remember desperately wanting to be the Spice Girls so I could wear the killer (and now pretty vile) platforms. Obviously my mum, being the typical mother, would not allow my eight year old self to even wear the glittery jelly shoes with a one inch heel, let alone those beasts.

I got over it, time moved on, I got my first pair of Clark's bootleg shoes (not pretty), then came the hideous wallabies, and the dolly shoes which mutilated my poor feet.

Eventually platforms decided to make an appearance again, this time not Spice Girl style, much more beautiful and extremely comfortable, I got my first pair and I've never really looked back, until now... Though I still have love for my platforms, stilettos seem to be appearing in my wardrobe, I think it's an age thing.

Excuse me why I learn to walk in these, I sometimes wonder how they did it in my Nan's time, I feel for the ladies of the 50s and 60s.
